Robinson is seeking a Manager Facilities & Construction to join our team. In this role you will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, maintenance and safety for our facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our work environments while managing construction projects, vendor relationships, space planning, maintenance operations, office and industrial construction projects, and workplace services.\nThis role will be based on-site at our Eden Prairie, MN office.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nManages day-to-day facility operations, including building maintenance/repair, security, janitorial services, space planning, and utilization\nSupports vendor management, contracts, and service-level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness including property management, furniture, architecture, A/V, graphics, and other related vendors\nCollaborates with internal stakeholders across departments to support workspace planning, facility projects, and operational needs\nEnsures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including emergency preparedness, planning, and building inspections\nSupports higher level leadership with facility budget development and management, tracks expenses, and recommends cost-saving strategies\nLeads facility-related office and industrial construction projects, renovations, and improvements across multiple sites, as needed, to accommodate evolving organizational needs, including developing and implementing project budgets and schedules\nDrives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace experience, efficiency, and sustainability\nMaintains accurate documentation of building systems, maintenance records, and safety compliance\nLeadership\nManages and develops a small team of facilities and project management professionals, providing coaching, performance feedback, and leadership to ensure a high-performing team\nPartners with Talent Acquisition to establish a pipeline, recruit, select, and onboard qualified and diverse talent\nManages annual merit and equity programs for assigned team to align compensation with performance results’\nOutlines employee role accountabilities and expectations; manages performance to drive the right behaviors and improve results and provides useful real-time coaching, feedback, and mentoring, development activities and stretch assignments; supports employees with problem resolution\nDevelops people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals\nAligns team(s) performance to CHR’s strategic objectives and cascades communication on office, divisional and organizational initiatives to ensure employee’s understanding and alignment\nEncourages employee feedback through formal and informal channels. Acknowledges and takes action on feedback to drive a trusting culture of open two-way communication, inclusivity and continuous improvement\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university\nMinimum 5 years of construction management, project management, and/or facilities management experience\nMinimum 2 years of experience leading and managing teams\nPreferred:\nExperience in multi-site facility management or within a logistics, supply chain, or corporate office environment.\nCertified Facility Manager (CFM), FMP, or similar industry certification\nConstruction management certification such as Certified Construction Manager\nCertified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification\nFamiliarity with sustainability and energy efficiency best practices\nAdvanced understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and preventive maintenance programs\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external vendors\nAbility to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.\nCompensation Range\n$98,900.00 - $167,100.00The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location.
