Robinson is seeking a Project Manager to join our Managed Solution team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading projects. Successfully managing projects requires excellent organization, documentation, communication skills as well as the ability to help design innovative solutions when faced with complex issues. Experience the full benefits of teamwork and immediate collaboration in a vibrant and engaging workplace\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nManage multiple projects within a project-based delivery model\n\nMaintain all project related documentation, including project plans, process flows/VSM’s, resource requirements and business cases\n\nCommunicate project progress and facilitate project-related meetings to meet deliverables; Escalate quickly as necessary\n\nManage change management with all stakeholders - internal and external\n\nServe as the single point of contact and be accountable for all project related activities & requests\n\nDeliver projects on time and on budget with quality solutions\n\nOffer solutions for improving our tools and processes\n\nBuild rapport with project team and customer stakeholders\n\nAnticipate internal and external challenges\n\nSuccessfully transfer knowledge to other relevant internal teams as well as provide support as needed\n\nLeverage technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results\n\nTrack and report project financials (budgeted vs actual) for allocated resource hours and billings\n\nOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree from accredited college or university\n\nMinimum 2 years of project management experience, with the proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nAbility to work flexible hours (some weekend/late hours may be required)\n\nAbility to travel up to 20% (domestically)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPreferred:\nProject Management Professional certification\n\nWork and/or project experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics\n\nEffective and flexible communication skills: strong listener with strong facilitation skills and the ability to tell the story and connect to your audience\n\nAbility to organize, design, develop and deliver projects for internal and external audiences at all levels\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts internally and externally at all levels\n\nExperience working and thriving in a continuous improvement environment\n\nExperience and comfort in dealing with ambiguity and able to deliver with minimal oversight\n\nExperience working directly with customers\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\n\nExperience with lean processes and tools\n\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\n\nEqual Opportunity\nC.H.
