Robinson is seeking a Senior Collections Representative to join our dynamic Robinson Fresh Financial Operations team. In this impactful role, you’ll help ensure the financial health of our Robinson Fresh business by resolving outstanding accounts receivable issues and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external customers.\nAs a Senior Collections Representative, you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, and play a key role in keeping cash flow moving. If you enjoy solving problems, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced, evolving environment, this is the opportunity for you.\nResponsibilities:\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:\nArrange and oversee completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities\nUtilize more advanced skills and expertise in a range of processes, procedures, systems to recover aging invoices\nAnalyze data to identify and solve complex problems\nEscalate more complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership\nWork with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results\nContribute ideas for process improvement based on identified themes and an understanding of the big picture\nDevelop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintains open lines of communication, and builds rapport by providing timely and professional service\nContinuous development of skills, collections knowledge, and business acumen\nProvide coaching and support to less experienced team members\nOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements\nRequired Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n4+ years of customer service, collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable or related finance experience\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nEffective and flexible communication skills\nStrong customer service and interpersonal skills\nCritical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to use own judgement and make sound decisions\nAbility to work in fast-paced, professional environment\nTakes initiative and approaches work with persistence\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nWe will review applications for this role on an ongoing basis and encourage all interested candidates to apply at their earliest convenience.\nCompensation Range\n$16.35 - $34.46The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
