They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and proactively identify and address issues before they impact operations or service levels.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:\nCreate, manage, and monitor customer orders within SAP.\nDownload, analyze, and maintain operational reports and planning data.\nPlan and coordinate order execution with customers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.\nReview order status and inventory information to ensure timely fulfillment.\nCommunicate proactively with customers regarding planning activities, order updates, and issue resolution.\nParticipate in regular customer meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.\nMonitor operational processes and identify discrepancies between systems, including SAP and transportation management tools.\nInvestigate service issues and coordinate corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.\nWork closely with service delivery, operations, and customer teams to ensure alignment across the supply chain.\nAnalyze data and performance trends to identify opportunities for process improvements.\nSupport inventory visibility and planning activities to ensure customer requirements are met.\nIdentify potential risks, delays, or supply disruptions and proactively recommend solutions.\nMaintain accurate planning data and documentation.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.\nMinimum 2 years of professional experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain planning, inventory management or related fields.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills.\nPreferred:\nExperience working with SAP.\nExperience in supply planning, order management, transportation planning, or materials planning.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive mindset and strong ownership of operational processes.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nAbility to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.\nCustomer-focused approach with the ability to build effective working relationships.\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment.\nCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
