If you enjoy relationship building, analyzing market trends, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:\nCommunicates with suppliers daily to understand quality, yields, pricing, and production\nProactively shares commodity and market information to commercial team, enabling confident sales and growth\nSupports transactional, promotional, and contract pricing recommendations\nMaintains grower/supplier relationships and continually assist in ways to improve their performance using data\nUnderstands the customer base, to include product specifications and order patterns\nAligns the right supply to the right customers, and communicate packing instructions to suppliers\nOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements\nQUALIFICATIONS\nRequired:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nMinimum 2 years of experience in fresh produce, customer service, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field, with experience supporting customer or supplier relationships\nAbility to travel up to 5% (domestically and internationally)\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs\nAbility to work both independently and in a team environment\nStrong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment\nExcellent relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teams\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAble to negotiate effectively with suppliers\nGreat attitude, with a desire to contribute, learn, and grow professionally\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions\nAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, sometimes out of normal business hours\nAttention to detail with high standards for work; a customer service mindset\nValues a diverse and inclusive work environment\nDisclaimer:\nThis job description is intended to generally describe the nature and level of work to be performed by employees in this position.
