# Maintenance Manager

Description OBJECTIVE: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of ranch facilities, equipment, vehicles, infrastructure, and support systems. This position provides leadership to the maintenance team while ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment that supports both ranch operations and a five-star guest experience. The Maintenance Manager works closely with ranch leadership, department managers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to coordinate preventive maintenance programs, capital improvement projects, renovations, infrastructure upgrades, water and wastewater system support, and new construction activities. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively balance administrative responsibilities with daily field operations.
