They are hiring a Construction Project Manager to deliver the facilities behind it, reporting to the Director of Construction a remote role with travel of up to 60% to get the projects over the line!\nWhat you will own\nFull lifecycle delivery, from planning and budget through design, build, start-up and commissioning\nSeveral projects at once, on time, on budget and to company design standards\nGreenfield new builds and major phased expansions\nThe people who deliver: architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors and OEMs\nRFP and buyout, including bid evaluation, negotiation and contractor selection\nBudgets, change orders, schedules and Procore reporting\nSafe sites alongside EHS, and a clean handover to facility operations\nWhat success looks like\nProjects land on schedule and on budget. Quality meets design standards. Stakeholders hear about risk early, not late. Operations inherit a facility that is ready to run.\nRequirements\nWhat we need from you\n10+ years leading data center construction projects\nA bachelor’s degree, and a strong technical background in engineering or equivalent hands-on experience\nStrong MEP and trades knowledge, and confidence reading drawings, specifications, schematics and sequences of operation\nScheduling in MS Project or Primavera P6, with DCMA 14 or similar\nFamiliarity with Procore, MOPs, NETA standards, BMS and EPMS, access control and CCTV, and LV and network systems\nExceptional organisation, and the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders\nReadiness to travel 50 to 60% of the time across regions, and comfort on active construction sites\nBenefits\nWhat you get\nA base salary of $175,000 to $195,000, a full-time remote role, and real ownership of projects from start to finish.
