There's no shortage of opportunities as we continue to grow.\nPosition: Business Analyst\nNOTE: On-site role in Alpharetta, GA\nThis position is for a Business Analyst in Starr’s TPA Services organization. Starr is a World-wide Insurance Company, and utilizes Third Party Administrators to handle claims.\nThe TPA Services group manages both internal and external TPAs.\nResponsibilities:\n-New TPA/Vendor Onboarding\n- Establish, monitor, and report on vendor scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality, compliance, and value delivery.\n-TPA Loss funding including TPA Escrow Account analysis, prefunding large claims, TPA loss funding bank recons. This includes a qtrly escrow analysis to determine if our level of funding to the TPA is adequate (in Power BI).\n-Financial data validation / recons using SQL/Jupyter (running not writing)\n-TPA Fines and penalties tracking to ensure TPAs are paying\n-TPA coordination of calls\n-Working open issues with the TPAs - analysis / follow up, etc.\n-Analyze TPA pricing proposals\n-TPA Contract management\nRequired Skills:\nBachelor’s Degree required.\nExperience and/or knowledge in Insurance, or related.\nStrong Interpersonal, Customer Service, Organizational, and Microsoft Office application skills required.
