This role serves as a key liaison across Operations, Underwriting, Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance, IT, and Corporate Reporting teams to ensure timely communication of regulatory developments, accurate master data management, effective policy number administration, operational reporting, invoice processing, and regulatory data call completion.\nThe ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and stakeholder engagement.\nKey Responsibilities\nRegulatory & Operations Bulletins\nMonitor industry, regulatory, and operational developments, including APCIA updates, surcharge changes, natural disasters, moratoriums, and other events impacting underwriting and business operations.\nMaintain internal tracking tools and registers related to regulatory and operational changes.\nPrepare, distribute, and maintain operational bulletins and communications for internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate surcharge register reviews and updates across business teams.\nSupport underwriting compliance by ensuring stakeholders remain informed of relevant regulatory and operational developments.\nMaster Data Services (MDS) Coordination\nCoordinate new and updated Master Data Services (MDS) field and profit center requests.\nGather, validate, and organize information from business stakeholders, including Finance, Actuarial, Reinsurance, and other operational teams.\nReview and verify GL codes, profit center groups, reserving segments, and related data elements.\nSubmit requests for implementation and partner with IT teams through completion.\nEnsure requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established timelines.\nPolicy Number Management\nManage the assignment and maintenance of policy number blocks across profit centers.\nMaintain tracking files and monitoring controls.\nMonitor utilization and capacity of assigned policy number ranges.\nEnforce established governance standards and controls.\nIdentify and prevent duplicate assignments or policy number conflicts.\nOperational Metrics Reporting\nCompile, validate, and distribute monthly operational metrics reports.\nCollect and analyze data from multiple sources, including Zendesk and internal operational registers.\nReview reporting outputs for accuracy and consistency in collaboration with team members.\nProduce leadership reporting that provides insight into operational performance and workload trends.\nRespond to stakeholder inquiries regarding metrics and support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.\nInvoice Processing & Financial Administration\nManage biweekly WAHVE invoice processing activities.\nEnsure accurate allocation of expenses across profit centers.\nCoordinate processing of ad hoc invoices and payment requests.\nPartner with Operations Payments and Finance teams to ensure timely payment processing.\nMaintain supporting documentation and audit trails as needed.\nRegulatory Data Calls & Reporting Support\nCoordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc regulatory data calls.\nGather, validate, manipulate, and prepare data required for submission.\nCollaborate with Data Call, Corporate Reporting, Controller, Operations, and external stakeholder teams.\nEnsure regulatory submissions are completed accurately and within required deadlines.\nInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies and regulatory reporting questions.\nMaintain and update reporting specifications and procedural documentation to improve efficiency and support future reporting needs.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related field.\n1 to 2+ years of experience in operations, regulatory reporting, insurance operations, business analysis, or related functions.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data validation techniques.\nExperience working with operational reports, data reconciliation, and reporting processes.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nPreferred Qualifications\nProperty & Casualty insurance industry experience.\nExperience supporting regulatory reporting, compliance, underwriting operations, or data governance functions.\nFamiliarity with APCIA communications, state insurance regulations, and surcharge management processes.\nExperience with Zendesk, reporting tools, and data management systems.\nKnowledge of profit center structures, GL coding, and financial allocation processes.\nExperience working with master data management or reference data governance.\nKey Competencies\nRegulatory timely invoice processing and expense allocations.\nEstablish strong partnerships across Operations, Finance, IT, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Underwriting, and Corporate Reporting teams.\nIdentify
