The D&DS team is responsible for C2FO’s end-to-end data solutions, focusing on data architectures, data science and machine learning, business intelligence and analytics, and overall data strategy.\nEmpowered by the flexibility of cloud-based hosted computing, and spread across India and US, collectively, these teams are responsible for leveraging both internal and external data that helps C2FO innovate, take data backed decisions, and solve complex business problems such as customer acquisition and retention.\n\nJob Summary: \n\nDesignation: Data Specialist \nExperience: Freshers or 1 to 2 years exp \nLocation: Noida \n\nPrimary Responsibilities \nMonitor, maintain, analyze, and provide effective resolution of incoming data quality requests \nDaily task of gathering, consolidating, aggregating and ensuring quality within the data \nEffectively communicate and collaborate with data engineering and other teams to meet business and information needs \nWork with large amounts of data to drive business decisions \nTraverse large data to provide a wholistic view of customers \nAssist in making current processes more efficient and scalable \nProfile company data by analyzing, extracting, and optimizing relevant information\n\nAssist in identifying common elements that may be used to enhance current procedures \nWork with management, sales teams and end-users to create and manage workflows as well as data validation \nAssisting with technical operations as needed \nOther projects or tasks that arise to further the quality of company data and contribute to the overall success of C2FO\n\nRequirements \nExcellent ability to quickly troubleshoot, problem solve, and analyze \nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel \nAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests and projects \nExcellent research acumen \nData management experience (data quality, data standardization, and data governance) \nStrong attention to detail and desire for accuracy and excellence in all tasks \nAbility to learn in a fast-paced environment \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team \nAbility to assist in defining, developing, testing, and implementing business solutions\n\nAdditional Experience in this Area a Plus \nBachelor’s degree in business or related field \nIntermediate SQL experience \nFamiliarity with Salesforce and data visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI)\n\nCommitment to Diversity and Inclusion \n\nC2FO believes that unique backgrounds and individual voices strengthen our team, leading to the best ideas and discoveries for our innovative and growing company.
