Learn more at: C3 AI\nC3 AI is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the face of our headquarters, ensuring employees, visitors, and vendors experience a professional and seamlessly run workplace every day. This role is onsite five days a week at our Redwood City office, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.\nResponsibilities:\nWelcome visitors and ensure guests are signed in, comfortable, and connected with their host\nProvide professional, timely, courteous, and accurate service to employees and customers\nWork with the Facilities team to provide a clean, safe, and productive office environment for all employees; support supplies, conference room reservations, service calls, shipping and receiving, on-site events, and ad-hoc needs of our satellite office locations\nSubmit and monitor tickets for facilities-related issues with day porter staff and building engineers\nServe as point of contact for onsite vendors and technicians, and coordinate with the onsite building engineering team\nServe as a resource to employees for facilities questions and feedback via Jira ticketing system\nOversee the Customer Experience Center: ensure a clean and welcoming environment at all times and support visitors and events in the space\nSupport new hire onboarding processes, including day-one laptop and badge distribution, office navigation, and general questions\nAnswer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally and route them to the appropriate parties at C3.ai\nCoordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree required with 1-3 years of related experience\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette with a client focus\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nProficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams\nComfortable in a highly collaborative environment with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams\nAbility to prioritize, problem-solve, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision\nPositive and enthusiastic attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities\nMature, polished, and professional presence; punctual, dependable, and reliable\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and interface with all levels of personnel\nCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.\nC3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan. \nCalifornia Base Pay Range\n$63,000—$91,000 USD\nC3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
