Learn more at: C3 AI\nAs a Product Manager, Asset Performance, you will serve as the primary focal point for C3 AI product efforts in AI-based asset performance use cases. You will leverage your prior experience and gain deep expertise in our products to develop enterprise AI applications that deliver meaningful business value for our customers. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams through the planning, design, and implementation stages of C3 AI applications to positively impact our success.\nC3 AI Asset Performance applications span across multiple industries, such as oil & gas, utilities, life sciences, defense, manufacturing, and utilities. As a Product Manager, Asset Performance, you will be building SaaS products that provide value to solve important and complex asset management and manufacturing challenges: process optimization (yield, quality, throughput), reliability, predictive maintenance, field services, etc.\nResponsibilities:\nPrepare, maintain, and own of all aspects of your SaaS product(s):\nVision for a comprehensive feature roadmap\nDetailed product specification documentation\nUser experience, customer satisfaction and QA\nMarket positioning and customer targeting and segmentation\nDifferentiated collateral to support sales, including customer testimonials and case studies\nDevelop a thorough understanding of C3 AI Applications to clearly communicate technical capabilities and business impact to customers\nSupport pre-sales activities (trials, pilots) to ensure consistent and successful use of existing SaaS applications across our global customer base\nPositively influence sales, engineering, and customers to ensure success of your product\nCollaborate with the C3 AI Customer Success team to ensure our customers deliver on their Digital Transformation Vision\nEffectively and proactively communicate with customers and build a trusted advisor relationship\nRegular travel (25+%) to customer sites\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science in STEM field; MBA or Master of Science preferred\n4+ years of work experience in asset performance (reliability, optimization) and product management roles. Project, educational, or self-taught experience in big data, analytics, and data science is a plus\nSignificant relevant experience in, or supporting, complex manufacturing or energy businesses.
