Learn more at: C3 AI\nWe are looking for a software engineer experienced in full-stack development and passionate about building intuitive, high-performance tools for the next generation of AI software platforms.\nAs a member of C3 AI's Application Development team, you will build the visual tools that let developers and data scientists create end-to-end AI applications quickly. You'll collaborate with product managers, user interaction designers, and front-end and back-end engineers, and be responsible for the entire software engineering lifecycle. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and highly collaborative environment, and demonstrate an ability to execute precisely and quickly.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain performant and scalable full-stack applications.\nBuild and improve visual tools for application development and data science that enable users to build an end-to-end AI application quickly.\nWork very closely with, and incorporate feedback from Product Management, User Interaction Designers, Front-End and Back-End Engineers.\nRapidly fix bugs, solve problems, and proactively strive to improve our products and technologies.\nHelp build a team and cultivate innovation.\nQualifications:\nBachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.\n3+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.\nStrong hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.\nExperience working JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular.\nReal passion for developing team-oriented solutions to complex engineering problems.\nThrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and value end-to-end ownership of projects.\nGood verbal and written communication skills to collaborate multi-functionally and improve scalability.\nInterest in committing to a fun, friendly, expansive, and intellectually stimulating environment.\nProficient in spoken and written English.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDegree in engineering, sciences, or related field.\nExperience with Git or other version control software.\nKnowledge of Agile development methodology.\nKnowledge of distributed systems, test-driven development, SQL and NoSQL databases, and performance optimization tools.\nExperience in building scalable web applications.\nC3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan. \nCalifornia Base Pay Range\n$120,000—$165,000 USD\nC3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
