In this role, you will design and develop technical learning experiences that help developers, solution architects, and data scientists build advanced AI applications using the C3 Agentic AI Platform. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to create hands-on, practical content that makes complex concepts clear and actionable. This is not just about building courses-it’s about creating engaging learning experiences that accelerate adoption and inspire confidence.\nIf you enjoy working with cutting-edge technology and have a talent for turning technical topics into effective training, we want to hear from you.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop and deliver engaging, real-world learning experiences-labs, projects, and interactive exercises that teach practical skills to our customer developers, architects, and data scientists, aligned with product capabilities and industry best practices.\nBuild and maintain technical content (courses, videos, code packages) optimized for virtual and in-person delivery.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to ensure training reflects the latest platform features.\nInnovate in instructional design, apply cognitive principles and leverage content and video creation tools (Lucid, Camtasia) to enhance learner engagement.\nMeasure impact by collecting customer feedback and iterating on content to improve effectiveness.\nDevelop training code and applications for AI-driven industry solutions.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in education, engineering, computer science, or related field.\n2+ years of experience creating technical and educational content for developer audiences.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.\nProficiency with content and video creation tools such as Lucid and Camtasia.\nStrong hands-on experience and understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web application development.\nExperience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React, as well as HTML and CSS.\nExperience with Git or other version control software preferred.\nKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, ETL techniques and machine learning concepts including regression, PCA, decision trees, and clustering preferred.\nUnderstanding of generative & agentic AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, and AI agents preferred. \nCandidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.\nC3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan. \nCalifornia Base Pay Range\n$107,000—$140,000 USD\nC3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
