We are looking for someone who thinks like a growth hacker and builds like an FDE - someone who understands how businesses acquire, engage, convert, and retain customers, and can use data, AI, and Palantir Foundry to rapidly turn growth ideas into working solutions.\n\nWhat You Will Do : \n\n- Partner directly with Commercial, Growth, and Marketing leaders to identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.\n\n- Translate loosely defined growth opportunities into data-driven products and workflows using Palantir Foundry.\n\n- Connect and activate data across CRM, customer, sales, social, media, campaign, and transactional platforms.\n\n- Build rapid prototypes and experiments, put them in the hands of business users, measure results, and iterate quickly.\n\n- Develop data pipelines, Ontologies, applications, and operational workflows within Foundry.\n\n- Apply analytics and AI to identify customer opportunities and recommend actions for Sales and Marketing teams.\n\n- Work across business and technology teams, taking ownership from idea to prototype, deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact.\n\n- Bring a strong experimentation mindset - continuously identifying new ways in which data and technology can drive growth.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For : \n\nGrowth & Business Acumen : \n\n- Strong understanding of digital growth, CRM, customer journeys, social/media, marketing analytics, and revenue growth management.\n\n- Ability to identify growth opportunities from data rather than simply execute predefined requirements.\n\n- Familiarity with key commercial, RGM, and marketing concepts/metrics such as CAC, conversion, funnel performance, engagement, retention, LTV, ROAS, campaign effectiveness, price elasticity, promotion effectiveness, product mix, net revenue, gross margin, trade spend, etc.\n\n- Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to formulate hypotheses, test ideas, measure impact, and iterate.\n\n- Comfortable working directly with senior Commercial and Marketing stakeholders.\n\nPalantir / Technical Capability : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, ideally in a client-facing or business-facing environment.\n\n- Experience building production solutions using Foundry Ontology, Workshop, data pipelines/transforms, and operational workflows.\n\n- Strong Python and SQL skills; PySpark experience preferred.\n\n- Ability to integrate data from CRM, marketing, social, digital, and enterprise data platforms.\n\n- Experience building data products and applications that are directly consumed by business users.\n\n- Exposure to Palantir AIP and AI/LLM-enabled workflows is highly desirable.\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile : \n\nWe are particularly interested in candidates who sit at the intersection of Growth/Marketing Technologist, Commercial Problem Solver, and Palantir FDE.
