If you’re energized by learning through real-world challenges, collaborating with top-tier talent, and expanding your capabilities every day, C5MI is where strong consultants level up.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities\nLeads and manages project teams to delivery high quality projects within the specified time and cost constraints.\nDevelops comprehensive project plans, manages resources and budgets, and ensures adherence to project timelines and milestones.\nMaintains visibility to known project work leveraging documented tools, processes and procedures in appropriate Standard Operating Procedures, Playbooks, and Runbooks.\nDevelops and maintains productive working relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, business analysts, solution architects, vendors, and key clients.\nCoordinates project activities, meetings, and resources to ensure smooth execution.\nManages the relationship with the customer, acting as the primary “face” of the project throughout the lifecycle.\nBuilds and motivates project teams, provides guidance and support to team members, and addresses performance issues.\nProvides work direction and leadership to assigned projects, including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of project efforts.\nEnsures successful go-live on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.\nMaintains consistent communication with the project team to ensure the scope of work is clear and that standard operating procedures are adhered to and auditable.\nEnsures compliance with all accounting, human resources, training, and safety goals, as outlined by the Statement of Work and other C5MI policies.\nPrepares and maintains project documentation, including reports, schedules, and presentations.\nProvides customer guidance and support on Communications, Change Management, Training Strategy, and Testing Strategy.\nFacilitates the gathering of information required to estimate project cost, resources, time, and deliverables.\nSets and maintains quality standards for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with best practices and industry standards.\nLeverages financial acumen to estimate costs associated with the project, including physical, financial, and human capital costs.\nNegotiates conflicts and resolves issues that arise on the project, acting as a mediator between stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle.\nActs as a trusted advisor for the client.\nTracks and monitors progress, identifying potential issues or delays and proactively finding solutions.\nKeeps senior leaders and stakeholders informed on the progress of the project, as well as any risks or deviations from the plan.\nEnsure a smooth project closure process, including client acceptance, documentation, and knowledge transfer.\nAdheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies. \nPerforms other related tasks as assigned.\nAdheres to all certified processes as part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and information security, which includes actively participating in quality assurance activities and ensuring the protection of sensitive information in accordance with our security policies.\nPerforms other related tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.\nMinimum Requirements:\nOne to three (1-3) years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.\nOne to three (1-3) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.\nBachelor’s degree in information technology related field with One to three (1-3) years of relevant experience.\nMust be willing to travel at least 25% of the time\nMust be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (requires U.S. citizenship). \nNice to Have:\nWarehousing, logistics and/or supply chain PM experience\nPrior government/federal PM experience\nCompensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $85,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
