If you’re energized by learning through real-world challenges, collaborating with top-tier talent, and expanding your capabilities every day, C5MI is where strong consultants level up.\n\nPosition Summary\nThe SAP Finance Consultant is responsible for leading complex SAP Finance solution design, configuration, and implementation activities across multiple functional domains, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Funds Management. This individual is a recognized Subject Matter Expert, operating with minimal oversight, owning SAP Finance workstreams or key solution components, and serving as a trusted functional authority within project teams and with client stakeholders. \n.\nEssential Functions & Responsibilities\nDesigns and improves finance business processes through detailed system analysis, identifying risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities. \nServes as the primary functional authority for assigned Finance scope, guiding solution decisions and resolving complex functional issues with multiple variables. \nCoordinates across solution architects, developers, BASIS, middleware, portal teams, and business analysts to deliver integrated SAP Finance solutions that meet functional, technical, and compliance requirements. \nDefines and manages comprehensive test strategies and leads large, complex test efforts, including integration testing, user acceptance testing support, defect management, and stabilization activities. \nOversees maintenance, sustainment, and enhancement activities for SAP Finance modules, including evaluation of change requests, impact analysis, and recommendations for solution approaches. \nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field and 5-7 years of relevant SAP Finance functional experience, including complex configuration and implementation responsibilities; or no degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience. \nMust be in the Columbus, Ohio area and willing to travel onsite to the location\nDemonstrated expertise in implementing and supporting SAP Finance solutions across multiple functional domains (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Funds Management). \nProven ability to solve complex problems with multiple variables and to lead defined SAP Finance workstreams with minimal supervision. \nStrong experience coordinating across functional, technical, and architectural teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions. \nExperience leading complex testing efforts and stabilizing SAP Finance solutions through go-live. \nAbility to obtain a Government clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. \n\nCompensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
