Summary\nC5T is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master with strong Agile and SAFe delivery skills to coach and lead Agile teams on the JTMS program.\nThe successful candidate will facilitate PI Planning breakouts, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and backlog refinement, remove impediments, manage dependencies across teams, and maintain metrics that drive continuous improvement.\nThe role includes capacity planning, release and dependency management, roadmap support, process improvement, and contribution to the organization's Agile community of practice.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoach and lead an Agile team within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).\nFacilitate team breakouts to plan work and create PI objectives during PI Planning.\nFacilitate planning and execution during each Program Increment through sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.\nFacilitate backlog refinement in collaboration with Product Owners and business analysts.\nTrack and remove impediments, reaching across the organization when needed and ensuring cross-team coordination.\nMaintain metrics that show how the team is performing and identify areas for improvement.\nPerform capacity planning to help teams plan iterations and increments.\nCollaborate with other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and ensure consistency across teams.\nServe as liaison with architects, cybersecurity SMEs, and other stakeholders, fostering communication across engineering disciplines.\nManage product releases and dependencies between teams and third parties.\nSupport development of product roadmaps.\nCoach the team to continuously improve and become high performing, and develop and refine processes that enhance quality and productivity.\nStrengthen the team's presence within the Agile community of practice.\nEnsure appropriate staffing for assigned Epics and Features, schedule and allocate work, and resolve problems to meet technical and business objectives.\nEnsure product quality and timeliness of efforts.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret clearance.\nU.S. citizenship and the ability to pass an IT-1 background investigation.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience.\nCertified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master, with significant experience coaching Scrum teams.\nAt least three years of experience leading teams using Agile Scrum or a scaled Agile approach.\nUnderstanding of all elements of software development, including planning, development, requirements management, configuration management, quality assurance, and release management.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly responsible, team-oriented self-starter with a strong work ethic.\nDesired Qualifications\nSAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner, or another Scaled Agile certification.\nExperience with continuous deployment models.\nAbility to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to
