Do you have a talent for creating powerful and engaging graphic images from a marketing brief? If yes, you may be who we’re looking for.\nWe’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create polished, on-brand marketing assets across both digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.\nYou’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling materials that align with each brand’s identity and marketing goals.\nThis is a highly creative and challenging position with plenty of opportunities for growth within a fun and supportive work environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate high-quality marketing assets for digital and print campaigns.\nDesign graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, presentations, brochures, direct mail, posters, and other marketing collateral.\nDevelop creative concepts while adhering to established brand guidelines.\nPrepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications.\nDesign and update email campaigns within marketing or CMS platforms when required.\nExport, organize, and maintain design files following internal file management standards.\nCollaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and deliver projects on schedule.\nEnsure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all creative deliverables.\nManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.\nQualifications\nStrong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital, and print design.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nExcellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.\nSolid knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, image resolution, and file preparation.\nExperience using Google Workspace or similar cloud collaboration tools.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.\nComfortable collaborating in a remote team environment.\nAvailable to work full-time (40 hours per week) during 9:00am - 6:00 PM Central Time, North American business hours.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Figma.\nMotion graphics, animation, or basic video editing skills.\nExperience creating social media content and digital advertising assets.\nFamiliarity with email marketing platforms or CMS tools.\nExperience updating website content through content management systems.\nUnderstanding of current digital marketing and social media design trends.\nWe’re seeking someone who combines strong technical design skills with creative problem-solving.
