Rejoignez la Direction des Systèmes d'information de CASA ES, responsable de la conception, du développement et de la maintenance des applications du système d'information de l'Entité. En tant que Tech Lead - SIRH, vous serez en charge de l'intégration, du paramétrage et du développement de l'application MyDev, une application stratégique pour le groupe Casa. Vous travaillerez sur le SIRH du groupe, qui compte 60 000 collaborateurs et 13 entités. Vos principales responsabilités incluront la spécification, la réalisation, le test et l'amélioration de l'application MyDev.

Missions

  • Contribuer à la définition des spécifications fonctionnelles générales sur les évolutions et l'analyse des incidents.
  • Adapter, paramétrer, concevoir techniquement, développer et tester les solutions applicatives développées en spécifique autour d'Oracle HCM.
  • Assurer la solidité, la stabilité et l'évolutivité de la performance de l'application MyDev.
