This role sits at the centre of operational coordination and governance, and is well suited to a candidate with experience in data governance, data management, reporting, risk management, or banking operations.\nYou will help manage reporting, dashboards, KPIs, budget monitoring, outsourcing oversight, and governance documentation, while also supporting automation and process improvement initiatives across the COO function.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the below tasks, but not limited to: -\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor departmental performance and support decision-making.\nSupport budget tracking, resource monitoring, expenditure analysis, and variance reporting in collaboration with Finance and operational teams.\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement, and workflow automation.\nContribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives across the COO scope.\nSupport the automation of processes and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency, security, and processing time.\nAssist with outsourcing oversight and third-party risk management (TPRM), including monitoring lists, due diligence coordination, and framework maintenance.\nSupport procurement, invoice processing, billing activities, and supplier/SLA monitoring in coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain and monitor governance documentation, directives, and procedures within the COO department.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, procedures, and relevant regulatory criteria\nMinimal education level\nBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent\nAcademic qualification / Speciality\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification\nLevel of minimal experience\n3-5 years\nExperience\nMin. 3 years of experience in data governance, data management, data analytics, risk management, or related banking/financial services roles.\nRequired skills\nFamiliarity with third-party risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations, such as MAS and HKMA, is an advantage.\nExperience in private banking or governance-related roles is preferred.\nStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Power BI.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.\nProactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a structured but evolving environment.\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.\nFluency in English is required, with Mandarin and French as advantage due to regular interaction with internal stakeholders in both North Asia and Europe
