This is a strategic, independent role designed to move beyond traditional reporting by identifying real-time trends, risks, and commercial opportunities that drive proactive optimization and measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Performance Intelligence: Monitor live campaign performance, pacing, and spend efficiency while identifying funnel leakage and conversion bottlenecks to ensure alignment with commercial objectives. Strategic Reporting: Produce executive-level commentary and forward-looking narratives that translate complex data into actionable commercial insights for major client sessions. Creative & Content Analysis: Monitor creative fatigue and audience saturation, recommending pivots in messaging and creative strategy to maintain high engagement and CTR levels. Website & Funnel Optimization: Analyze user journeys and landing page behavior via GA4 to surface conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities for development and UX teams. Data Governance: Audit tracking implementations, maintain KPI consistency, and ensure measurement integrity across all dashboards and reporting platforms. Workflow Ownership: Manage the insight-to-action cycle by logging optimizations in project management systems, assigning action owners, and escalating unresolved performance issues to leadership. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work across Paid Media, SEO, Creative, and Account Management teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into every agency discipline. Requirements Experience: Significant experience in a data-driven performance or analytical lead role, preferably within an agency environment or working with enterprise-level brands. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, BI platforms, and CRM systems. Marketing Expertise: A deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including Paid Media, SEO, and social media performance metrics. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to extract actionable insights from large datasets and translate them into strategic storytelling. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead high-level reporting sessions. Operational Excellence: High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset and the ability to hold teams accountable for performance outcomes.
