This role is responsible for providing high-quality onsite support, hardware maintenance, and logical troubleshooting for a diverse range of client devices to ensure optimal operational efficiency and client satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\nPerform onsite servicing and logical troubleshooting on a wide range of client devices, including high-volume printers and copiers.\n\nExecute IT-related troubleshooting and software support, including firmware updates and device installations.\n\nConduct regular preventative maintenance (PM) services to reduce device failure and ensure adherence to scheduled maintenance plans.\n\nManage and maintain accurate boot stock of toners and spares, ensuring monthly reconciliations are completed.\n\nEnsure all service calls are resolved within the agreed-upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).\n\nAccurately document all work and submit job sheets through the mobile technician application.\n\nWork independently to diagnose hardware and software issues using technical manuals, particularly when working in remote areas.\n\nRequirements\r\n\nMinimum Grade 12 Qualification.\n\nA valid Driver’s License is essential.\n\nMinimum of two years’ experience within the office automation industry.\n\nProven experience in a field service environment, specifically working with printers and copiers.\n\nStrong networking knowledge and an understanding of software integration.\n\nExperience with high-volume devices is considered a significant advantage.\n\nExcellent communication skills for interacting with both clients and management.\n\nStrong time management skills and the ability to work effectively without direct supervision.\n\nWhat’s on Offer\r\n\nCompetitive monthly salary ranging from R25,000 to R35,000,
