In this role, you will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced voice and data systems to ensure seamless connectivity for commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior technical professional to grow their expertise in VoIP, networking, and PBX infrastructure within a dynamic field environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\nAssist with the installation, programming, and maintenance of IP PBX and VoIP networks.\n\nSupport the configuration of SIP Trunks, VoIP, ADSL, Wi-Fi, 3G/LTE routers, and wireless/microwave connectivity.\n\nHelp configure voice management features including voicemail, auto-attendant, ring plans, and Least Cost Routing (LCR).\n\nConduct fault finding and troubleshooting on network infrastructure, voice/data integration, and physical cabling.\n\nPerform pre-installation site surveys and assist with voice and data cabling installations.\n\nExecute basic diagnostic tests and hardware setups on customer premises.\n\nAssist with complete client handovers upon finishing system installations.\n\nManage and maintain all allocated boot stock and tools.\n\nMaintain accurate communication with the Service Coordinator regarding job statuses and schedules.\n\nComplete all required job cards and administrative paperwork accurately and on time.\n\nAdhere strictly to Health & Safety (H&S) regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.\n\nRequirements\r\n\nMinimum Grade 12 / Matric qualification.\n\nValid South African Driver’s License (essential).\n\n1–3 years of hands-on experience in PBX, telecommunications, or voice/data cabling infrastructure.\n\nPrior experience with Yeastar and Samsung PBX systems is highly preferred.\n\nBasic understanding of networking, SIP, VoIP, network hardware, and structural cabling.\n\nPrevious experience in the Office Automation or ICT industry is desirable.\n\nStrong verbal communication skills for effective
