SUMMARY: PBX Assistant Technician POSITION INFO: About the Role Our client, a leading provider in the ICT and telecommunications sector, is seeking a motivated PBX Assistant Technician to join their technical team. In this role, you will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of advanced voice and data systems to ensure seamless connectivity for commercial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior technical professional to grow their expertise in VoIP, networking, and PBX infrastructure within a dynamic field environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with the installation, programming, and maintenance of IP PBX and VoIP networks. Support the configuration of SIP Trunks, VoIP, ADSL, Wi-Fi, 3G/LTE routers, and wireless/microwave connectivity. Help configure voice management features including voicemail, auto-attendant, ring plans, and Least Cost Routing (LCR). Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting on network infrastructure, voice/data integration, and physical cabling.
