role (Essential).\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in a call centre environment.\n\nHigh level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).\n\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.\n\nDetail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and
