Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct pricing and claims negotiations. Coordinate commercial and logistical requirements in collaboration with internal teams. Compile and analyse quality control, sales and customer reports. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities. Maintain sound product and industry knowledge. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. Minimum 5 years' relevant marketing experience within the fruit industry. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent numerical, analytical and computer literacy skills. Highly organised, self-motivated and commercially driven.
