Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Business Applications you will integrate, maintain, configure, and develop the ServiceNow environments as well as explore opportunities to grow and improve ServiceNow across CAAT. You will support the daily operations of the platform through incident, change, enhancements, and service requests and support the analysis, design, and development of the ServiceNow platform.\nAs the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll:\nSupport upgrades to the latest release of ServiceNow application in a timely manner with minimal or no disruption to our customers.\n\nEnsure accurate environment management processes are being followed, and proper scripting standards are being met, while identifying system deficiencies and recommending solutions.\n\nParticipate in ongoing production and end user support and open incidents with vendors and drive issues to closure.\n\nPartner with other team members to develop solutions and handle enhancements through the Agile or Waterfall project methodology.\n\nMaintain and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, and tools.\n\nDeliver training to follow employees, IT staff and team members on the functionality of ServiceNow.\n\nConduct code review for the application development team and provides demos and performs proof of concepts on new functionality.\n\nCollaborate with process owners to develop and customize ServiceNow application solutions and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.\n\nProvide design solutions and timelines on development and develop and maintain design documents.\n\nCollaborate and assist the ServiceNow Product Manager in managing and leveraging our ServiceNow development partner.\n\nTake ownership and accountability for clients’ business needs, driving to solutions while working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment to keep the project team on schedule and on budget, and proactively troubleshooting any issues that arise.\n\nTo Succeed, You Bring:\nA minimum of five (5) years of overall ServiceNow experience, including three (3) plus years of ServiceNow application development, with demonstrated proficiency in building workflows, dashboards, and reports, as well as analyzing platform requirements, presenting solutions, and driving end-to-end development.\n\nAt least three (3) years’ experience working with ServiceNow and delivering solutions for IT Service Management and IT Operations function\n\nServiceNow credentials such as Certified Implementation Specialist or Certified Application Developer.\n\nAt least five (5) years’ experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML and Jelly Scripting\n\nProficient in current methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall) with excellent time management skills to thrive in fast-paced, dynamically changing environments.\n\nEffective communication skills and be comfortable working in large groups, with advanced proficiency across the Microsoft suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint).\n\nStrong understanding of Enterprise Service Management frameworks (ITIL, DevOps, LEAN) - with ITIL Foundations Certification (v3/v4) considered an asset\n\nDeep integration expertise with web services (SOAP, WSDL, REST, APIs) and ServiceNow tools (Integration Hub, Flow Designer), combined with a strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and UI/UX concepts.\n\nHands-on experience crafting update sets, promoting and testing through multiple instances into production, and building custom applications using App Studio.\n\nSolid ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving customer/business requirements; thrive working independently or in a team environment, with excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, and a desire to mentor and share ServiceNow knowledge and experience.\n\nThe target hiring salary for this position is $96,800 to $113,800.
