Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Business Platofrms the ServiceNow Technical Lead will oversee the design and development of ServiceNow solutions at CAAT, ensuring technical excellence, scalability, and adherence to platform best practices. The successful incumbent will serve as the primary technical lead for developers, translating business requirements into effective platform capabilities and guiding end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations while overseeing the team’s deliverables.\nAs the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll:\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.\nManage relationships with external stakeholders and vendors and act as the primary point of contact for ServiceNow-related escalations, decisions, and strategic planning.\nFacilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and align expectations.\nCollaborate with PMO, business units, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and new capabilities.\nArchitect and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine.\nLead development of workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations with third-party systems.\nDrive the strategic roadmap for platform upgrades and feature adoption while identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation; conduct post-implementation reviews to contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices.\nLead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.\nTo Succeed, You Bring:\nCollege diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.\nFive (5) to seven (7) years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including leadership of platform delivery.\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS and CAD certifications preferred.\nStrong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise service management.\nProficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.\nProven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.\nThe target hiring salary for this position is $107,800 - $133,700.
