She will be responsible for building brand awareness, managing social media campaigns, establishing B2B corporate partnerships around Addis Ababa, and maintaining strict quality control over all promotional materials.\nKey Responsibilities\n* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and public relations strategies for the hotel, restaurant, and café.\n* Manage and grow the hotel’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and Google Maps, overseeing content creation (Reels, photography, and copywriting).\n* Establish and maintain B2B corporate relationships with banks, corporate offices, travel agencies, and local businesses to drive room bookings, corporate lunches, and event packages.\n* Enforce strict brand governance and quality control over all outgoing advertisements, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships.\n* Design and manage customer retention programs, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.\n* Track marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the Management Board.\nQualifications & Requirements\nGender: Female applicants only.\n* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.\n* Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, digital media management, and B2B sales (experience in the hotel, hospitality, or event industry is a strong advantage).\n* Demonstrated expertise in social media trends (especially TikTok Reels and digital campaigns), content direction, and brand
