Our commitment to innovation is driven by a passion to advance our customers' businesses through our deep understanding of their applications and the global trends that impact their operations.\nIf you do not meet every requirement, or your experience is slightly different that what we have listed, we still encourage you to apply!\nJob Requirements (Principal Responsibilities)\nSupplier & Buying Channel Enablement\nMaintain and update supplier master data in accordance with global procurement and compliance requirements.\nSupport buying channel enablement by guiding business users toward correct purchasing routes (catalogs, P-cards, sourcing requests, etc.).\nMonitor supplier onboarding status and follow up on missing documentation.\nRequisition Validation & Support\nReview purchase requisitions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with category strategies and buying policies.\nSupport end users in creating high-quality requisitions and resolving system or data issues.\nEnsure proper coding, documentation, and approval routing.\nPurchase Order (PO) Management\nCreate, adjust, and issue purchase orders in a timely manner.\nMonitor approval workflows and expedite where needed.\nEnsure PO compliance with contracted terms, sourcing decisions, and company policies.\nManage order acknowledgement tracking and ensure accurate delivery dates.\nOrder Expediting & Delivery Coordination\nFollow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services.\nAddress delays, shortages, or discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nCoordinate with logistics, receiving teams, and warehouses to solve delivery challenges.\nReceipt & Invoice Issue Resolution\nAssist business users in performing goods receipts or service entry confirmations.\nResolve PO-related invoice exceptions (mismatches, missing receipts, price/quantity discrepancies).\nCollaborate with Accounts Payable and suppliers to ensure smooth invoice processing and payment.\nCompliance & Reporting\nSupport monitoring and enforcing spend compliance to preferred suppliers and channels.\nSupport internal audits and process documentation.\nPerform regular reporting on cycle times, exceptions, supplier performance, and operational KPIs.\nMaintain work instructions\nCollaboration with Category Management\nWorks closely with Sr. Category Buyers and Category Buyers to ensure alignment between day-to-day purchasing activities and broader category strategies\nCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors)\nTechnical Knowledge: Acquires and uses technical and professional knowledge, skills and judgment to accomplish results effectively.\nProblem solving: Can collaborate with cross departments and suppliers to solve the problem and ensure the process goes smoothly.\nDecision Making: Demonstrates the ability to identify and understand issues, problems and assesses risks in order to make decisions.
