Je geeft leiding aan de afdelingen Elektrotechniek en Instrumentatie (E&I), en zorgt dat keuringen, kalibraties, inspecties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden veilig, tijdig, efficiënt en binnen budget worden uitgevoerd. Dit gebeurt binnen de gestelde veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitseisen, en in overeenstemming met de corporate richtlijnen.\nJe geeft op coachende wijze leiding aan het E&I-team, dat bestaat uit 5 FTE. Je past Performance Based Management effectief toe, voert functioneringsgesprekken en stimuleert de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.\nJe ontwikkelt medewerkers door het aanbieden van gerichte opleidingen op specifieke deelgebieden, zodat hoofdtechnici kunnen functioneren als specialist, werkvoorbereider en toezichthouder.\nJe ziet erop toe dat het (preventieve) onderhoudsplan veilig, efficiënt en binnen budget wordt uitgevoerd.\nJe stelt het onderhoudsbudget op en bewaakt dit, onder andere door maximaal gebruik te maken van gepland onderhoud. Je doet voorstellen voor kostenbesparingen en escaleert tijdig bij overschrijdingen.\nJe maakt onderhoudsplannen op basis van een realistische inschatting van de technische staat van apparatuur en installaties. Je doet indien nodig vervangings- of investeringsvoorstellen.\nJe waarborgt kennis binnen het team door ervoor te zorgen dat onderhouds- en inspectiemethodieken worden opgesteld en goed gedocumenteerd.\nJe ondersteunt en coacht de hoofdtechnici bij het proactief bewaken van het onderhoudsplan en stuurt bij waar nodig.\nAls actief lid van het werkstroomteam prioriteer je werkzaamheden, neem je besluiten over de uitvoering en evalueer je afgeronde taken. Je bewaakt dat werkzaamheden correct en binnen de gestelde tijd worden uitgevoerd om ongeplande stilstand te voorkomen. Indien nodig tref je corrigerende maatregelen.\nBij storingen of calamiteiten organiseer je snel en efficiënt de benodigde reparaties (in consignatiedienst).\nJe levert een actieve bijdrage aan projecten op het gebied van E&I.\nEen afgeronde mbo-opleiding op niveau 4 in de richting Elektrotechniek of Instrumentatie, of een vergelijkbare opleiding aangevuld met vaktechnische cursussen op het gebied van onderhoudstechniek.\nMinimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in onderhoud of relevante branchekennis, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende functie.
