Prepares and maintains other records. \nPrepares and packs orders for shipment; checks and prepares documentation; loads shipment into carriers. Receives and unpacks goods, and labels for identification purposes. Stores items in warehouse on floors or shelves as appropriate. \nOperates a forklift truck to transport goods and materials throughout the plant. May operate other equipment such as pallet handlers, hand trucks, etc. May conduct general and support preventative maintenance on all process and support equipment.\nParticipates in scheduled safety meetings and completes safety training requirements.\nCollects final product samples for Quality Control testing. \nWorks in a safe manner and support SH&E programs. Ensures co-workers, internal and external, use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nWorks different shift schedules and overtime hours.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nSupports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.\nCompetencies (Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors)\nAbility to operate forklifts and other warehousing equipment\nAbility interpret operating instructions; written, verbal and listening communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others in a team-based environment.\nMechanical aptitude in order to operate and maintain process and support equipment\nAbility to work with International Standards Organization (ISO) quality and process standards\nEducation/Experience\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.
