As the first point of contact for many patients, families, visitors and service providers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment people arrive at the hospital through to their departure.\nWorking closely with Main Reception and the Customer Services team, you will:\nWelcome and greet patients, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.\nProvide directions and assistance to help visitors navigate the hospital.\nAssist patients with luggage, mobility aids and wheelchairs.\nMonitor traffic flow and parking, including ensuring spaces remain available for emergency and disabled access.\nCoordinate with Main Reception to monitor the arrival of booked taxis and DVA vehicles.\nProvide information and directions to nearby services when required.\nDrive Cabrini vehicles as required to support efficient hospital operations.\nAbout you\nYou will be a naturally welcoming and approachable person who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
