This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled pharmacist to drive quality, safety, and innovation while supporting the delivery of patient-centred care.\nAs the Team Lead, you will provide operational and professional leadership to the compounding pharmacy workforce, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant preparation of sterile medicines. You will work collaboratively with pharmacy, nursing, and medical teams to support optimal patient outcomes and service excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and coordinate daily operations of the hospital's compounding service.\n\nProvide clinical, operational, and professional leadership to pharmacists, technicians, and support staff.\n\nEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, guidelines, and accreditation requirements.\n\nOversee quality assurance, risk management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport workforce development through staff training, mentoring, and performance management.\n\nDrive service innovation and optimisation to improve efficiency, safety, and patient care.\n\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to meet the specialised medication needs of patients.\n\nContribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service expansion initiatives.\n\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced pharmacist with a strong background in compounding services and a passion for leadership.
