You will bring a strong delivery focus, practical problem-solving skills and disciplined project governance to a complex, highly collaborative environment.\nThis is a high-impact opportunity to lead two key enterprise technology initiatives:\nData Warehouse & Analytics: Lead the implementation of a new data warehouse and analytics platform, coordinating vendor, business and technology teams\n\nWorkday HRIS: Lead the internal delivery and change components of a new Workday HRIS platform, working closely with a vendor-led implementation.\n\nKey responsibilities will include:\nLeading cross-functional business, technology and vendor teams to deliver agreed outcomes.\n\nManaging scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies and quality.\n\nEstablishing and maintaining project plans, governance, reporting and delivery controls.\n\nCoordinating testing, change readiness, training, cutover, implementation and transition to support.\n\nManaging vendor relationships and delivery performance.\n\nProviding clear, concise reporting and escalating risks, issues and decisions early.\n\nBuilding strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business owners.\n\nAbout you\nYou will be an experienced Senior Project Manager with 5+ years’ experience delivering complex enterprise IT projects and a strong track record of managing projects from initiation through to successful implementation.\nYou will bring:\nExperience delivering Data Warehouse, Lakehouse solutions\n\nExperience with the implementation of HRIS platforms\n\nStrong practical project management and governance capability.\n\nExperience leading enterprise technology projects and cross-functional teams.\n\nProven vendor and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience delivering technology-enabled business change, including change readiness and adoption.\n\nProfessional project management certification preferred.\n\nExperience with Databricks preferred.\n\nHealth experience preferred.\n\nExperience in healthcare or a hospital environment is desirable, but not essential.\n\nWhy join Cabrini?\nAt Cabrini, you’ll be part of a values-driven organisation committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
