This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Client Operations Officer will perform trade repairs, investigate settlement issue for solution, and maintaining high standards of service delivery to clients. This position requires good knowledge in Custody product across a range of processes in Settlements, attention to detail, and strict adherence to all processes stipulated in our operating procedures. The officer is expected to resolve problems independently guided by procedure and factual information.\nWorking hours: 9am to 6pm MYT\nRegion: France\nWhat will you do?\nExtract reports and investigate trade settlement issues for solution\nMonitor system queue on specific trade statuses\nPerform trade repair in core system to allow accurate and timely trade settlement according to various market deadlines\nFollow up on all trade issues until complete resolution\nEnsure queries received are resolved in timely manner.
