{"id":2427149,"url":"https://alion.io/job/caceis-risk-manager-mf","title":"Risk Manager M/F","company":{"id":1853721,"name":"CACEIS","domain":"caceis.com","url":"https://alion.io/company/caceis","size_band":"201-500","is_staffing_agency":false,"employer_type":"direct","is_intermediary":false,"listed_via":null,"ats_vendor":"Talentsoft","truth_index":null},"role":"Finance","role_family":"Finance","seniority":null,"employment_type":"full_time","work_mode":"on_site","remote_scope":null,"remote_scope_basis":null,"remote_working_hours":null,"hiring_geo_confidence":"structured","locations":["Singapore"],"countries":["SG"],"hiring_countries":[],"hiring_countries_total":0,"salary":null,"salary_estimate":null,"experience_years_min":null,"visa_sponsorship":false,"relocation_package":false,"has_equity":false,"technologies":[{"name":"Incident Management","optional":false},{"name":"Microsoft Office","optional":false},{"name":"SAS","optional":false}],"status":"live","first_seen_at":"2026-10-13T08:05:44Z","employer_posted_date":"2026-10-13","last_verified_at":"2026-10-27T23:49:45Z","board_verified":true,"closed_at":null,"days_open":14,"trust":{"level":"ok","repost_count":null,"flags":[],"days_open":14},"description":"Business type\nTypes of Jobs - Compliance / Financial Security\nJob title\nRisk Manager M/F\nContract type\nPermanent Contract\nManagement position\nNo\nJob summary\nWhat is the Opportunity?\nAs the Local Risk Officer (LRO) of the branch in Singapore, you will have the following responsibilities:\nAs part of the creation of CACEIS Bank Singapore Branch (\"the Branch\"): support the delivery of core pillars of the risk framework in all its components, including credit and counterparty risk and operational risk.\nAs part of the Branch's ongoing activities: manage the credit and counterparty risks, operational risks in conformity with the Group guidelines and procedures.\nRepresent the company externally, in particular ensure relationships with the Regulator, Market Authority of Singapore (MAS) and notably, deliver the regulatory risk reports which are not centrally produced by the Group Risk functions, answer to prudential audits, inspections, etc.\nHuman resources and activity management \nWhat will you do?\nThe LRO will report hierarchically to the Regional Chief Risk Officer (RCRO) and functionally to the Country Managing Director of the Branch.\nThe LRO will benefit from the support of the RCRO as well as the Group functions in credit and market risks (MCR), Operational Risks (ORR), Data Management/Pillar I Reporting and in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).\nSet up of the risk framework of the Branch\nThis will include:\nThe deployment of the Group MCR and ORR procedures locally applicable and their adaptation if needed\nThe creation of committees which are part of the Branch’s governance and where Risk has a central role: Risk and Compliance Committee (RCC); Supervisory Committee; Provision Committee, etc.\nMaking sure the IT applications which are needed to run and manage all risks are up and running: risk reports production, ORR tools (Matrisk, PCAT)\nThe risk culture training for the staff of the Branch\nCredit and counterparty risks\nThe LRO will be in charge of:\nWriting the credit files destined to local and/or group RCC for the clients of the Branch requesting limits\nImplementing the RCC decisions in the systems (input of limits) and following up credit conditions\nPerforming controls: payment authorization, excess of limits, unauthorized exposures\nReporting: default, Early Warning Indicators, risk reviews to local and/or group committees, etc.\nOperational risks\nThe LRO will be in charge of:\nRisk mapping and control plan of the Branch in association with the Business Lines\nPerforming the controls which fall under risk responsibility\nIncident management: detection, follow up, closing, accounting\nCreation of action plans, follow up and reporting. Activation of alert procedure\nOutsourcing: formalization of outsourcing registry, setting up the outsourcing framework of the Branch\nRepresentative roles in the local market\nThe LRO will be in charge of:\nRepresenting the risk function towards the local banking authorities\nDelivering the requested regulatory risk reports to the MASContributing to the other reports where there is a risk component\n\nSupplementary Information\nHuman resources and activity management\nAt inception of the Branch, the LRO will not have a team to manage.
