He/she is responsible for the continuous improvement of business processes and their quality reporting. Finally, to takes charge of or oversees technical-functional topics in relation to business line and as assigned by his/her manager.\nRegion: Luxembourg\nWorking hours: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Malaysia time)\nWhat will you do?\nSystem Support & Maintenance\nAdminister and support all types of system related updates and data analyzing related to the technical support.\nSupport Function experience, including Data Maintenance, Investigation and system support on the business application.\nWorking closely with the business unit to resolve and support technical queries.\nOversee and support day to day work of and ensuring accurately and timely execution and work closely with stakeholders to identify issues and translate them into technical requirements for system updates or setups.\nUser support & troubleshooting - Point of contact for system errors and manage data integrity.\nAccurate and timely execution of agreed day to day processes supporting the business unit and taking ownership of the functions across a range of Private Capital Services structures.\nWork on an information system tool in accordance with the permissions defined to make modifications and/or corrections to data/parameters as needed, in compliance with the defined strategy (in conjunction with the production business lines).\nProvide assistance and support other business unit in the framework of one-off or recurring events (implementation of new system enhancement or services, seasonal activities, temporary assignment, etc.).\nSupplementary Information\nWhat will you do?
