The dedicated team in Malaysia is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality solutions that empower clients to thrive in a dynamic and competitive financial landscape.\nRegion: Selangor - Malaysia\nWorking Hours (3 shift rotations - Malaysia time): 6:00AM-3:00PM / 9:00AM-6:00PM / 5:00PM-2:00AM\nWhat will you do?\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPerforms Local IT daily activities as per checklist accurately and timely\nLocal IT support daily activities:Incident resolution escalated by IT Helpdesk\nManage incidents/service request related any hardware and software use by CACEIS Malaysia users within SLA\nProvide technical support for Townhall, Job Fair and meeting/training rooms setup\nDeployment and movement of physical assets\nAsset management (inventory update, tracking etc, reconciliations)\n\nEnsuring the team KPI/KQI’s are met as per incident SLA\nEnsure that all production environment facilities (PCs, Telephony system, Mobile Devices and Video Conference) are always in good running condition\nSupport DRP/BCP requirement in the organization\nAnalyse and escalate issues if required to Support teams for resolutions\nDevelops and maintains technical procedures and user guides\nEnsure appropriate communication to users on any issue arise\nCommunicate and follow up regularly with the service providers whether internally or externally on any issues arise\nTroubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues related to system and network problems with a hardware/software fault\nEnsure daily activities performed in accordance with CACEIS Malaysia Compliance and Audit guidelines\nKeep records of all IT assets (receiving, faulty, repairing, relocate)\nParticipate in the resolution and follow up of any items identified by the Audit\nSupplementary Information\nWhat will you do? (continuation)\nOther Responsibilities\nWill work on multiple assignments at any one time\nAd-hoc projects are assigned on a regular basis as part of the individual objectives and development plans\nAssist Manager and management team in any technical matters\nActing as a backup for Manager whenever necessary\nManagement of Purchase Orders for IT equipment\nManagement of IT equipment invoicing and ensuring payments are dealt with in a timely manner in co-operation with the local Finance team\nRoster management with the assistance of Manager and SDM\nMinimal education level\nBachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent\nAcademic qualification / Speciality\nBasic knowledge of the banking /investment fund business\nBasic knowledge in MS Visio\nLevel of minimal experience\n3-5 years\nExperience\nExperience in 1 of the 3 main business areas is highly welcome (Transfer Agent, Fund Administration, and Custody).
