Working across website design and build projects, CMS implementations, MarTech initiatives and digital experience solutions, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to:\nLead the day-to-day delivery of digital, web and MarTech projects for a diverse client portfolio.\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and change control.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Developers, QA, UX, DevOps and Analytics specialists.\nFacilitate workshops, planning sessions, stand-ups, stakeholder meetings and delivery reviews.\nSupport discovery, solution planning and requirements definition for complex digital solutions.\nOversee delivery activities including UAT, release planning, go-live readiness and post-launch reviews.\nCollaborate with Client Services and Sales teams on project scoping, estimations and future opportunities.\nContribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practice and supporting delivery excellence across the team.\n\nWhat Makes This Role Different?\nExposure to a wide range of digital transformation projects across multiple sectors and industries.\nThe opportunity to work with leading brands on complex web, CMS, MarTech and experience platform initiatives.\nA balance of client-facing project leadership and collaboration with highly skilled technical teams.\nInvolvement across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to launch and optimisation.\nA dynamic environment that combines technology delivery, client consultancy and continuous improvement.\n\nThe Fit\nWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced digital environments and enjoys bringing together clients, technical specialists and delivery teams to achieve successful project outcomes. \n\nEssential Skills & Experience\nManaging digital, web, software or technology projects within an agency, consultancy or client-side environment.\nLeading project delivery across the full lifecycle, from planning and discovery through to deployment.\nWorking with technical teams and managing delivery dependencies, risks and release activities.\nDelivering CMS, Headless CMS, Digital Experience Platform, SaaS or integration-led projects.\nManaging client relationships and confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.\nControlling budgets, forecasting, scope management and change requests.\nProducing structured project documentation, governance artefacts and delivery reporting.\nFacilitating workshops, ceremonies and stakeholder updates that drive progress and decision-making.\nBalancing multiple priorities while maintaining delivery quality and commercial control.\nApplying Agile delivery principles and project management best practices.\n\nDesirable Skills & Experience\nMarTech platforms, marketing technology implementations or digital marketing operations.\nAnalytics, tagging, personalisation, CRM or CDP-related initiatives.\nWebsite migrations, cloud-hosted solutions and systems integrations.\nAccessibility, SEO, performance optimisation and digital experience best practices.\nDigital Experience Platforms (DXP) and modern CMS ecosystems.\nWorking within consultancy, digital agency or transformation-focused environments\n\nEqual Opportunities:\nCACI is proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
