The departments are both delivering services in India, with one providing billable effort, and the other non-billable activities / resources aligned to UK-based business units and projects. Role requires an interlock and regular engagement with India and UK team members.\n\nSkills and Experience:\nExperience working with an ERP system [NetSuite preferable] and be keen to understand how the reporting is run to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the data. \nAttention to detail – able to notice or look for discrepancies among a large data set.\nAbility to prioritise highest value work, when competing deadlines exist.\nWritten and oral communication skills – able to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.\nProblem solving and facilitation – able to respond to enquiries and offer resolution.\nTime management skills – able to work to deadlines and cope with many conflicting demands during month end.\nIntermediate Excel skills such as VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables\nNetSuite knowledge \nExperience of working in a fast-paced operations environment with deadlines\nBackground in finance \n\nKey responsibilities:\nThe specific responsibilities that relate to this role include but are not limited to:\n\nOperations:\nNon-Billable Department:\nChasing timesheets to ensure timely submission and accurate reporting - weekly and monthly \nManage resource allocation to projects \nFirst point of contact for resources in any queries they may have with NetSuite project, leaves or any operational queries they require \nEnsuring all resources have been set up within NetSuite and provided with the necessary projects access\nLiasing with different BU project managers in managing their India team \nSupport process improvements and system updates\nPoint of contact for employee queries on system\nManaging NS India ops inbox \n\nBillable Department:\nAssisting sales with contract renewal and any other sales related queries\nChasing timesheets to ensure timely submission and accurate reporting - weekly and monthly \nReconciliation of timesheets between client and CACI systems \nProject management – maintaining accurate project records in NetSuite and ensuring amendments are processed promptly\nFirst point of contact for resources in any queries they may have with NetSuite, leave or any other queries \nAttending monthly meetings with clients to be point of contact for any queries relating to ops/finance\nManaging the process from Order to Invoicing within NetSuite\nSubmitting invoices to supplier portals \nProcessing invoicing and supporting billing-related activities\nManaging NS India ops inbox \nCollaborating with JDP for tax compliant invoices \n\nFinance:\nNon-Billable Department:\nProcess supplier invoices, validation, and raising on the AP system [Stampli]\nEnsure timely payment of supplier invoices - urgent invoice payment requests in India\nMaintain vendor and customer master data\nAssist with employee expense processing and verification in timely manner\nEnsure compliance with company expense policies\nRespond to payroll queries and update payroll inputs if applicable - with alignment of HR in India\nLiaise with UK finance team for queries and clarifications\nCommunicate with internal stakeholders regarding invoice/payment queries\n\nBillable Department:\nPreparing billing summaries to be provided with invoices when sending to the client \nCompleting revenue recognition forms for orders over £100k\nUpdating cost rates within NetSuite\nUnderstanding revenue processes for the different contract types utilised in NS \nLiaise with Credit Control for invoice disputes \nProcess contractor invoices within Stampli\nPreparing overtime reports for payroll\nMore about the OpportunityThe Finance & Operations Analyst is an excellent opportunity, and CACI Services India reward their staff well with a competitive salary and impressive benefits package which includes:\n• Learning: Budget for conferences, training courses and other materials• Health Benefits: Family plan with 4 children and parents covered• Future You: Matched pension and health care package\nWe understand the importance of getting to know your colleagues.
