In this role, you'll lead complex development efforts, influence technical direction, and integrate large language models (LLMs), APIs, MCP servers, and other AI capabilities into secure, scalable solutions.\nYou'll work across C#/.NET, HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, SQL, and cloud services across AWS and Microsoft platforms. Collaborating with developers, analysts, and subject-matter experts, you'll translate complex business needs into maintainable AI-powered solutions, evaluate emerging technologies, and recommend approaches that expand application capabilities and improve workflows.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and enhance GenAI-enabled web application features.\nIntegrate LLMs, AI services, APIs, MCP servers, tools, data sources, and business systems into application workflows.\nEvaluate technical approaches, recommend solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues involving performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and application integrations.\nDevelop and maintain web APIs, backend services, and SQL solutions to support application functionality and system integration.\nLeverage AWS, MS cloud services, and AI platforms to develop, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications.\nApply prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and other GenAI techniques to enhance application capabilities.\nCollaborate with developers, analysts, and subject-matter experts to refine requirements and assess feasibility; conduct code reviews, maintain documentation, and follow coding, testing, security, configuration management, and release standards. Qualifications: Required: \nMinimum of two (2) years of relevant web development or software development experience that matches or relates to the technologies outlined below.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.\nDemonstrated experience developing and supporting web applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#/.NET, and Bootstrap.\nExperience developing or integrating GenAI applications, LLM-powered interfaces, AI assistants, or other AI-enabled solutions.\nKnowledge of AI terminology and integration approaches\nExperience integrating multiple LLMs or AI services through APIs, SDKs, or other application integration mechanisms.\nExperience with AI platforms such as Microsoft Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, or comparable services.\nExperience developing web APIs, backend services, and SQL-based solutions.\nExperience using AWS and/or Microsoft cloud services to develop, deploy, monitor, and support cloud-based applications.\nFamiliarity with MCP servers, tools, and integrations that connect AI capabilities to external systems.\nPractical knowledge of prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or similar techniques for building LLM-powered applications.\nAbility to evaluate technical tradeoffs, troubleshoot complex issues, and develop secure, reliable, and maintainable software.
