In this role you will provide expert support for on-premises LLM-enabled technologies and agentic workflows, ensuring seamless integration and operation within our development and test environments. This role requires a deep understanding of AI infrastructure concepts, DevOps practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nMore About this Role:\nArchitect a greenfield implementation of LLM-enabled technologies to support agentic workflows\nDeploy, operate, and monitor open-weight LLMs hosted on local Kubernetes clusters\nDesign, build, and maintain RAG pipelines to enable use of document investigation, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and reranking with existing models and services\nDevelop and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and their interconnections to existing servicesCoach teams on best practice MCP designs and usage\nSupport software automated testing environments\nCollaborate with development to implement CI/CD pipelines\nInstrument tracing and evaluation tools to measure, compare, and iteratively improve existing product cycles\nProvide requirements for network infrastructure to improve model serving performance and accessibility\nSupport software development environments and change management systems\nYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:\nIn-depth Information Technology understanding\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written\nSoftware development familiarity with Python, SQL, and Java\nExperience writing data pipelines with Airflow, Spark, Apache Iceberg, or DBT\nExperience managing AI/ML infrastructure through Kubernetes, Kserve, vLLM, LangFuse, Elasticsearch, and Terraform\nSupported Gitlab CI/CD pipelines\nUnderstanding of RAG, MCP servers, QLoRA, and artifact repositories such as Nexus\nConceptual understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines from open and proprietary sources\nAbility to work under limited supervision and adapt to change\nStrong organizational and teamwork skills\nMust have good work ethics and show diligence in work performed.\nMust take initiative and ownership of requirements and tasks\nKnowledge of IT system processes involving requirements definition, analysis, design, implementation, networks, security and life-cycle support\nSchedule : Full-time In-Office\nTravel : Occasionally\nEducation:\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related scientific or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of related experience or a similar Master’s Degree and two years of related experience.\nExperience in supporting small to mid-sized organizations (100+ users).\nExperience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of large, complex, inter-networked systems.\nA TS/SCI clearance is required to begin employment.
