You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies supporting our nation's intelligence community while serving as a technical leader and trusted partner to customers.\nIf you thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy problem-solving, and want to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.\nResponsibilities\nAs an Application Engineer, you will:\nProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for mission-critical applications and services.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.\nAssist customers with application configuration, deployment, and operational support.\nCollaborate directly with vendor support teams to investigate and resolve technical challenges.\nServe as a technical resource and mentor for team members, providing guidance and support on complex issues.\nMonitor, analyze, and improve application performance and reliability.\nDocument troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices to improve support efficiency.\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nActive TS/SCI w/ Polygraph\nAll education and experience must be in a technical field directly related to the labor category. Degrees, diplomas, and GED certificates must be obtained from accredited institutions.Candidates must possess one of the following combinations of education and experience:\nHigh School Diploma/GED and 12+ years of relevant experience\nAssociate Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience\nBachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience\nMaster's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience\nDoctorate Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience\n\nStrong experience with Linux-based operating systems.\nExperience working with PostgreSQL databases.\nProficiency with Python development and scripting.\nExperience creating, executing, and maintaining Ansible roles and playbooks.\nExperience with the Elastic Stack.\nExperience building, deploying, and troubleshooting Podman containers.\nExperience using ticketing and service management platforms such as Jira or ServiceNow.\nExperience working within GitLab CI/CD workflows and automated deployment pipelines.\nDesired\nExperience in software engineering using Angular and/or Rust.\nExperience with or knowledge of Tenable security products.\nFamiliarity with Apache NiFi.\nExperience supporting enterprise or intelligence community environments.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
