You will be supporting our organization by addressing hardware and software infrastructure issues, configuring servers, and deploying updates in a multi-level environment including custom developed software applications.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic team as it provides quality customer service and corporate accountability.\n\nProvides day to day administrative/technical/environmental support for several enterprise systems: Multi-tier Applications including Application Server (WebLogic, Tomcat, IIS), Database support, and Web services on Windows Servers.\n\nProvides support to technical/development teams on development projects, software customizations and serving as liaison with software authors for timely resolution.\n\nResponsible for troubleshooting/maintaining/configuring multi-tier application environments consisting of Development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production levels.\n\nPerform root cause analysis for issue resolution and prevention.\n\nTroubleshoot environmental/performance issues.\n\nWork with third party software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues.\n\nComplete commercial off-the-shelf application installations, configurations, and implementations.\n\nDeploy application code changes as provided by application vendor & internal developers while maintaining stringent change control parameters.\n\nCreates, updates, and closes tickets in company ticketing system in accordance with SLA agreements\n\nProvides support documentation for all of the applications/servers that are supported by the team.\n\nApplies security patches, application upgrades, and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the production environment.\n\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including applications, servers, storage and network connectivity.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in an IT discipline and 5 years of experience or equivalent related work experience.\n\nProficient in Oracle WebLogic Administration\n\nProven work experience in Microsoft Systems Administration and IIS configuration\n\nExperience working in a segmented network environment requiring firewall rule configurations\n\nExperience in database administration (MS SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL)\n\nDesired:\nExperience in RedHat Linux, Tomcat, and JBoss administration\n\nExperience with or at least a basic understanding of Oracle OCI environment, Oracle Data Guard, Oracle RAC, and Oracle Client tools\n\nExperience with monitoring tools and logging tools like Splunk\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
