Our team works closely together with on-site and remote engineers developing front-end applications and back-end microservices, all dedicated to creating the best products and user experience possible.\nDay-to-day expectations include solving challenging, but rewarding technical problems, meeting program objectives within the agile development cycle, suggesting ways to improve UX/UI and the software baseline, and introducing new ways to meet mission needs.\nBe part of an agile team where communication skills and the ability to execute within the established development process are paramount to your and the team's success.\nWork on new technologies, striving to stay customer-focused and thriving on challenges to build new UI applications.\nUtilize industry proven design patterns and open-source tools.\nContribute to a positive and upbeat team atmosphere.\n Qualifications:\nRequired:\nMust be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly.\nEntry-level experience and knowledge of coding.\nExperience using REST-based web services.\nFamiliarity with Agile software development methodologies.\nFamiliarity with modern web technologies and techniques such as HTML5, CSS, CSS pre-processors (e.g. SASS, Less, Stylus), or JavaScript build tools (e.g. Browserify, WebPack, Closure).\nFamiliarity with Java Spring Boot.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience with Linux environment and Linux shell scripting.\nDesired:\nAn eagerness to learn a modern infrastructure and be a part of a team supporting mission critical systems.\nFamiliarity with real-time communication mechanisms such as WebSockets.\nFamiliarity with Node, Cesium, and/or Open Layers.\nFamiliarity with Spring, Docker, and/or Kubernetes.\nKnowledge of microservices based architecture.\nFamiliarity with Elasticsearch and SQL based databases.\nFamiliarity with emerging trends in desktop, web, and mobile app development.\nExperience with deployments, dev ops, and/or AWS Experience with Git.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
