You will oversee and provide system administration, integration, maintenance and customer support on the customer’s Enterprise Development, Test, and Production systems. This position has a special emphasis on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Corporate and Financial Business systems.\nResponsibilities:\nBuild, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-based applications running on Windows and Linux operating systems and leveraging cloud services such as EC2, EBS, ELB, S3, and RDS. Provision stable AMIs, perform software installations, application upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance.\n\nManage and oversee day-to-day cross-domain file transfers and batch processes.\n\nResolve a wide range of complex system failures addressing incident tickets in accordance with established procedures and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).\n\nAutomate critical production processes through a variety of industry standard methods - cloud services, application, operating system, and scripting.\n\nAchieve optimum system performance, availability, and security by assessing, identifying, implementing, and managing innovative technical, cloud, and cost-optimized solutions.\n\nExecute cloud infrastructure modifications (i.e., storage, load balancing, instance resizing/tuning) with zero downtime and customer impact.\n\nCoordinate systems maintenance in advance with customer and program offices to ensure balance between operational requirements and critical infrastructure, application, and security modifications.\n\nProactively monitor and review systems, security, and application logs, using a variety of methods, to mitigate risk and maintain compliance with NIST and IC directives.\n\nMaintain close coordination with technical leads to maintain/adopt industry best practices/standards.\n\nPerform backups and restores of operating, file, and database systems using established methods. Maintain user accounts and file systems.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications:\nBS degree in CS, IS, engineering, or other technical discipline, and three years’ experience.\n\nAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner\n\nStrong technical background with a thorough understanding of cloud infrastructure, IT security principles, compute, storage, and transport.\n\nExpertise in Windows and Linux server operating systems.\n\nInterpersonal communication, problem solving, organizational, customer-oriented, and multi-tasking skills.\n\nAbility to work as part of a high functioning team, under the supervision of a technical subject matter expert, as well as independently.\n\nMust be available for after hours and on-call support.\n\nVisual acuity to work on a computer for extended periods of time, ability to move from one workstation to another, and communicate with colleagues and customers.\n\nTS/SCI clearance and ability to successfully complete a polygraph.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nAWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional\n\nExperience with Momentum, Cognos, and the customer’s programs and facilities.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
