You will design, develop, prototype, modify, and integrate software solutions that directly enable mission success. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and fellow engineers to deliver tactical, real-world impact.\nResponsibilities\nEnhance and expand existing toolsets to meet evolving mission needs.\n\nDerive, document, and analyze technical and mission requirements.\n\nBuild end-to-end software solutions that operate effectively within mission constraints.\n\nParticipate in peer code reviews to improve quality and reduce defects.\n\nCreate prototypes to demonstrate understanding and validate mission requirements.\n\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n12+ Years of Experience or 10+ years with M.S. (An additional 4 years of software engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree)\n\nHands-on experience developing and modifying software in C, C++, Python, and Assembly.\n\nStrong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and network traffic analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).\n\nAbility to provide support and troubleshooting for fielded software systems.\n\nFamiliarity with Git and Subversion version control systems.\n\nExperience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence.\n\nDesired:\nExperience reverse engineering Windows or embedded/RTOS platforms.\n\nBackground developing CNO-specific software for Windows, Linux, or embedded environments.\n\nExperience with one or more of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, Rust.\n\nKnowledge of vulnerability research and exploit development.\n\nUnderstanding of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.\n\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
