Reporting to the Director of Compensation Consulting, this role will support the business by partnering with the Line of Business leader and their leadership team on compensation matters throughout the lifecycle of an employee’s journey - at hire, engagement, retention and promotion. You will help craft and deliver effective compensation programs that align with the organization’s objectives and comply with all relevant compensation laws, such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Equal Pay Act, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and other applicable regulations. The Senior Manager will be instrumental in ensuring pay equity, conducting market analysis, and providing expert guidance on compensation matters to HR stakeholders and business leaders.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport the Director of Compensation Consulting and Total Rewards leadership team in implementing a broad-based compensation strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local compensation legislation.\nDevelop briefings and complete regular reviews with business leaders on compensation matters including base salary, annual incentive plans, sales compensation plans, long-term incentive plans, and benefits.\nContribute to the development of compensation and recognition programs and policies that align with the company’s business objectives and regulatory requirements.\nProvide data-driven recommendations to Total Rewards leadership on salary structures, market adjustments, and other compensation related matters.\nContribute innovative compensation solutions to solve unique challenges of the business.\nConduct market and internal equity pay analysis on a regular and ongoing basis.\nPartner with key stakeholders and consultants, including Finance, Legal, and HR, to ensure the effective execution of compensation programs.\nServe as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business on all matters related to compensation.\nSupport M&A transactions and other compensation and Total Rewards projects as needed.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CECP) preferred.\nMinimum of 6-8 years of experience in compensation, with at least 5 years in large publicly traded companies.\nStrong expertise in developing and presenting compensation content to leaders.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner.\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.\nHigh level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nDesired:\nCompensation experience in a publicly traded government contractor.\nAbility to communicate persuasively and effectively to influence decisions.\nAbility to effectively assess and diagnose business needs and develop impactful solutions.\nAbility to respond to rapidly changing demands, priorities, and business needs.\n-What You Can Expect:\nA culture of integrity.\nAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
